Thus, the AI assistant, for example, is able to replace the first support line, where most customer requests are typical, and responses to them are often in the company's internal documentation. At the same time, he recognizes the meanings and nuances of the question, so he can cope with the requests of users who are asked to him in a non-standard manner or contain inaccuracies in the wording.

At the end of February 2024, the AI assistant is available in custom projects on individual terms, in the second quarter it is planned to launch functionality for all SberBusinessBot users.
