2020: Readiness for release of locking and sealing devices with an additional option – a RFID tag
The production site of Siltek Group is ready to release of the locking and sealing devices (LSD) of the increased reliability of KORDON with an additional option – a RFID tag. Siltek reported about it on January 21, 2020.
The technological solution is implemented in the form of integration of a RFID tag into standard ZPU CORDON. Range of reading of a radio-frequency tag - 30 – 50 cm, tightness – IP67. Extraction of a RFID tag without final fracture of ZPU is impossible.
We created modification of ZPU CORDON with a RFID tag especially for application on tanks, trucks and containers that is especially relevant at intermodal transportations and in our difficult climatic conditions. Function of radio frequency identification improves anti-criminalistic properties of a product at the expense of an additional factor of control. Now it is possible to identify the device even if visual marking is damaged, contaminated or conditions of its reading are complicated, |
Use of RFID tags accelerates and simplifies the procedure of reading and data writing from the device in the electronic journal of accounting, increasing efficiency of logistic transactions.
The release of RFID tags is implemented on self-produced forms.
