2022: Performance and Time Management Application Presentation

On May 11, 2022, the company SimpleOne announced the release of the "Work and Time Management" application, designed to take into account labor costs when performing various tasks.

The application allows you to:

• Capture time spent performing tasks.
• Track the distribution of work by direction (for managers).
• Create, coordinate, and copy a work sheet.

The solution allows specialists to indicate the working time spent on a particular task. The entered data will be  displayed in the work sheet and in the task card itself.

There is a function to write off time for activities outside of business processes: corporate events, time off, training, vacations.

For each  card, you can  leave comments or one general comment for the work sheet. Labor tables can be reconciled and copied.

The Work and Time Management application is a stand-alone product, but it can also be purchased in addition to the ITSM SimpleOne system developed on the same platform. Thanks to the application, IT department specialists will be able to take into account the labor costs of providing IT services.
