At the end of July, 2020 the Fujifilm Sonosite company provided a new ultrasonic system which received the name Sonosite PX. The equipment provides the increased image clarity and also is supplied with new technologies of conversion of images, the producer claims.

The small sizes and regulated height allow to use a new ultrasonography system directly at the patient's bed. Information necessary for completion of inspection is placed in one place, allowing to save time of the doctor at navigation on the user interface. High definition of the image is provided to the new visualization patented by technology.

Besides, the manager of workflows of Sonosite Synchronicity who provides uninterrupted record of results is built in a system, controls quality of inspections and makes out bills. Thanks to this Sonosite PX technology can facilitate documentation of results of ultrasonography at the patient's bed. One more addition is the library of educational videos with 3D - animation, including 140 manuals on scanning.

Sonosite PX also offers two options of inspection of heart. The first allows doctors to estimate the general health of the patient, and the second - to diagnose specific statuses using more exact calculations which provide the detailed analysis of structure and function of heart. Such system allows doctors to select that type of inspection of heart which in the best way meets their requirements.

For optimization of workflow and increase in efficiency a system has an adaptable working surface which can be used in horizontal or vertical position depending on situational requirements. Besides, special consolidation should simplify processes of cleaning and disinfection.^[1]
