2020: Ruselectronics started telemedicine service in 8 regions of the Russian Federation
In the middle of October, 2020 Ruselectronics announced implementation of telemedicine service in eight Russian regions. The Netrika company acted as the partner of the holding entering into Rostec.
The Telemedicine portal developed with the assistance of Vega concern (enters into Ruselectronics), allows to build in telemedicine consultations process of delivery of health care at the level of the region. The technology allows doctors to hold up to 400 deleted consultations every day. A system is installed on the server of the medical organization or the region.
Service provides record on telemedicine consultation, routing of patients and integration with regional subsystems and information systems of the medical organizations. It allows to save succession of medical care when carrying out consultations – the clinical record of the patient and results of his researches are available to the advising doctor, authors announced projects.
Using the special Internet portal the doctor by video conference or through a chat remotely executes diagnostics and can adjust treatment. A system also allows to carry out telemedicine consultations, there is a possibility of flexible configurations of telemedicine consultations under different diseases. Interfaces of the Telemedicine portal to the middle of October, 2020 support the Russian, English and Czech languages.
