Vodokanal: Settlings with the population

Vodokanal: Settlings with the population - a system is intended for automation of activity of the water supplying company regarding work with the population.

The solution is created for calculation to subscribers of charges for consumption of a hot and cold water, rendering services of prof maintenance, for acceptance of payment and conducting settlement with subscribers, for calculation of a penalty fee, for conducting settlement on providing privileges with bodies of a social security and other partners.

The program provides maintaining the single database for remote divisions of the enterprise, Electronic Data Interchange with the enterprises – agents on collecting of payments with the population, with social security authorities of the population. Includes the system of differentiation of access rights. Performs functions of automated management of business processes of the water supplying enterprise.

A system is implemented according to the legislation and regulations of the Russian Federation approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 354 of 5/6/2011 (instead of Resolution No. 307) patented in Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks.

Automated system "Vodokanal: settlings with the population" it is developed on a basis 1C:Enterprise 8.

The configuration is intended:

• for conducting settlings with subscribers for consumption of a hot and cold water, rendering services of prof maintenance;
• for acceptance of payment and conducting settlement with subscribers;
• for calculation of a penalty fee;
• for conducting settlement on providing privileges with social security authorities and other partners.

Product "Vodokanal: Settlings with the population, edition 2.0" it is intended for maintaining a subscriber base of a water utility on the population, settling of charges and settlement with subscribers on services of water supply, water disposal, other services, including a penalty fee. There is an opportunity to create separate bases for remote divisions of the enterprise, includes the system of differentiation of access rights.

Configuration "Vodokanal: Settlings with the population, edition 2.0" it is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library.

The code of the software product is open, except for a licensing subsystem.

2014: Cards 2GIS

On July 18, 2014 the Business of IT company announced development of the add-on module "Vodokanal: Settlings with the population" for use with cards 2GIS.

The project has several advantages which, according to developers, considerably will simplify workflows. Among them:

• display on routemaps of bypasses of controllers on subscribers, is also possible the indication of planned and actual routes;

• display and classification of subscribers on cards by means of different styles, flowers and figures. The color scheme depends on a number of factors, for example, from statuses of a debt of the subscriber or check of metering devices, etc.;

• display on the card of the addresses which are not subscribers of Vodokanal;

• development of the module on reading of information on geocoordinates of subscribers of all base.
