On October 6, 2020 the Yva.ai company provided the updated AI model Yva.ai 3.0 which for the first time estimates influence and skills of employees, identifies informal leaders and opportunities for growth of the companies after transition to remote work.

According to the company, Yva.ai is a system behavioural HR-analysts based on AI for management of the involvement of employees and leadership in real time. Unlike the traditional polling Yva.ai systems combines polls with cooperation analytics in corporate systems MS Office 365 MS Teams G Suite, Slack Bitrix24 Jira, GitHub and others.

On the basis of the analysis of digital interaction of employees in corporate sources and 60-second microemployee surveys of Yva.ai creates recommendations, dashboards and reports for further management decisions.

What measures Yva.ai

The next generation of the Yva.ai system differs in the fact that for the first time estimates leadership at the organizations. Yva.ai of the previous generation allowed to measure in real time 3 aspects, 11 factors and more than 40 metrics connected with wellbeing, the involvement and satisfaction of employees and also burning out, a stress, toxicity.

In the next generation 2 aspects, 5 styles and 31 metrics connected with leadership are in addition implemented. All Yva.ai of third generation is measured by more than 100 metrics.

Also the analysis accuracy, degree of privacy and safety of measurements was optimized. In particular, the algorithm of collecting of metadata is optimized thanks to what a system analyzes effectiveness of employees at their connection to business processes quicker than the previous version.

2019: Yva.ai 2.0 on the basis of the updated model of neural network

On October 14, 2019 the Yva.a company announced release of upgraded version of the analytical Yva.ai 2.0 platform on a basis updated models of the neural network detecting burning out of employees at the earliest stage. According to Yva.ai company, economic effect of use of technology can exceed 40 million rubles a year on 1000 employees.

According to the company, annual losses of employers of the USA from sick-lists, declines in production, personnel turnover and other effects of burning out are estimated at the amount from $150 to 300 billion. According to Center for American Progress, the replacement cost of low-paid employees begins from 16%, and highly paid - reaches 213% of an annual salary. For October, 2019 in Russia the problem is particularly acute not less: 79% of respondents of Hays tested a syndrome of professional burnout or faced it among colleagues and acquaintances.

The updated neural network of Yva.ai of a predobuchen in 6-11 months prior to possible dismissal of the employee to detect little changes in the nature of communications during burning out. According to preliminary estimates, the accuracy of detection of burning out on a metrics of Yva Burnout Index (YBI) is not less than 74%.

Yva establishes the burning out reasons at each stage.

Yva.ai defines degrees of a vygoraniyaa of its reason on the basis of active and passive analysts, implemented using technologies of deep learning (Deep Learning) and natural languag processing (NLP). The active analytics is the 60-second weekly polls constructed individually for each employee on the basis of his graph of communications and a kind of activity. Passive analytics — the analysis of digital interactions of employees in corporate data sources: Microsoft Exchange Server Microsoft Office 365 G Suite Slack GitHub Jira etc. At the same time Yva.ai provides anonymity of polls and privacy of the analysis of digital sources. By default the Yva.ai system is installed on servers the customer (data do not leave the client organization and, in particular, do not get to Yva.ai company), all data are anonymized.
