2019: Representation of software of Zyfra Industrial Framework

On July 8, 2019 the Tsifra company provided software for processing of the industrial real-time data Zyfra Industrial Framework (ZIF).

According to the developer, ZIF is software for collecting storages, visualization and analysts industrial real-time data. It is intended for creation of a uniform "digital layer" at the enterprise with which all participants of production process and IT- divisions can work.

The product is developed based on a stack of modern technological solutions including open source. Differs from analogs in the built-in components for development of solutions on the basis of machine learning technologies and data analysis and tools for creation of a fast prototype of applied AI services, emphasized in Tsifra company. Access to reliable production data allows to control in real time production processes and to quickly implement projects in the field of predictive analytics, optimization of resource consumption, increase in efficiency of use of the equipment, forecasting of emergency situations.

As noted in Tsifra company, technology feature of ZIF is the fault tolerance at the level of a system in general and its components and also existence of infrastructure for information security support of the application digital solutions created on its base. This cross-platform solution which can be unrolled locally and in a private cloud of the enterprise. The product allows to reduce by a third of a labor cost on the solution of internal tasks: creation of technology calculators, use of digital model of the enterprise for creation of business graphics and the reporting, adaptation of business processes under needs of specific divisions. According to the statement of the developer, use of ZIF, for example in mechanical engineering, allows to increase efficiency of communications of production divisions and performance of work of personnel not less than by 10%, and development of products more than for 12%. In oil processing allows to control gas contamination and in case of an emergency situation to reduce reaction time on average by 25% and also to understand failure origins.
