"Digital Design" performed import substitution of two portals for AK "Alrosa"

2025: Creation of portals based on Bitrix24

The Digital Design company has completed a project on import substitution and the creation of additional portals for AK ALROSA (PJSC). As part of the cooperation, existing solutions were migrated and new portals were created on the basis of the Bitrix24 platform. This was announced by Digital Design on June 11, 2025.

The project started in 2023 due to the need to switch to Russian solutions. The company "Digital Design" was selected by AK "ALROSA" (PJSC) as a partner for adaptation and modification of portal solutions due to successful experience of cooperation and confirmed expertise in the creation of corporate information systems.

As part of the import substitution project, Digital Design specialists migrated the large portals ALROSA Information Technologies Portal and ALROSA Legal Assistance Service Portal. For the legal service portal, an analytics system is additionally implemented that allows you to study user behavior. The transfer of each portal took an average of one month without stopping business processes.

New specialized solutions have also been developed for several divisions of the company: a portal has been created for the information security center containing a knowledge base, interactive materials for studying problematic issues and key news; for the internal control and compliance department, a hierarchical structure for storing documents was implemented, and a portal for import substitution was developed to control the processes of ALROSA JSC (PJSC) switching to Russian software.

A portal has been created for JSC Production Association Kristall, which is part of ALROSA Group of Companies, providing employees with access to corporate information, application forms and motivation programs.

Several specialized portal services have been developed for the real estate management center, which automated the accounting of applications for managing real estate objects, providing centralized data storage. Additionally, integration with Rosreestr services has been implemented to transfer applications from AK ALROSA (PJSC) directly to the department.

When working with projects, Digital Design adheres to high standards in the field of information security. As part of this project, the source code has passed multi-level vulnerability checks. To ensure security, a scheme was used to work through the Git repository, and the final deployment was made in the customer's secure loop.

As a result of the project work for AK ALROSA (PJSC), several corporate and specialized portal services were created on the Russian Bitrix platform 24. Portal users got access to the necessary information for their daily work. Portals help solve the tasks of various departments of the company and support changing business processes.
