2025: Implementation of SearchInform solutions

Banking and Financial Systems LLC (BFS) uses SearchInform products to protect business from internal threats. The cooperation of the companies began in April 2025. As of October 2025, the DLP system "SearchInform CIB" and the DCAP system "ChurchInform FileAuditor" are deployed in BFS. This was announced by SearchInform on October 28, 2025.

At the first stage, BFS began to use SearchInform CIB. The solution helps you monitor internal documents, prevent information leaks, and identify security policy violations.

DLP was effective right away. After the introduction, we recorded several information security violations. We have strict internal security policies - all sensitive information must be in a special file storage. With the help of CIB, we stopped an attempt to save confidential data to a flash drive. The DeviceController module in SearchInform CIB helped in this. It protects and blocks information recorded on external media, "said Sergey Esin, Deputy General Director for Security of Banking and Financial Systems LLC.

BFS notes that CIB is easy to work and has an understandable interface. The search bar, reports, user cards with detailed information allow the security service to stop violations in time and identify potential threats.

BFS helps to control critical data in the company "SearchInform FileAuditor." The DCAP solution allows you to organize work in the file system, control access rights to information and block unwanted actions with documents through any application.

We provide our customers with a set of products that easily integrate with each other. This simplifies the configuration of information security systems. For example, to activate the FileAuditor module, you do not have to additionally install agent and server software. It is enough to update the system and include a new option, - comments Alexey Parfentiev, Deputy General Director for Innovation at SearchInform. - We are also constantly improving our products at the request of customers. For example, a neural network for image classification was recently introduced in CIB and FileAuditor. It helps to accurately identify cases when an employee sends a scan of a passport or saves a photo of a bank card. This simplifies the work of an information security specialist and eliminates the routine.

As part of the development of information security infrastructure, BFS plans to increase the implementation of the DLP system "SearchInform CIB" and deploy "SearchInform SIEM" - monitoring and management system of information security events.
