2025: Localization of the ERP System

IT company AUXO together with Beeline Cloud implemented successful migration and localization of the ERP system for the Russian division of the production company EGGER. The project has become a fundamental stage in localizing the IT infrastructure in the process of business restructuring. Auxo announced this on September 30, 2025.

AUXO joined the decentralization project in July 2024. Its specificity was a short period (6 months), taking into account the complete lack of IT infrastructure for migration. The complexity was also caused by fears of business risks on the part of the customer, up to the shutdown of production in Russia, since EGGER had not previously participated in such projects to separate from global systems.

To confirm the examination at the start of the project, AUXO specialists conducted the first test migration. Its successful implementation made it possible to gain the trust of the customer and successfully complete the project within the stated time frame in full.

So, after the test migration, the technical infrastructure was prepared for the deployment of the local ERP system, three test waves of system migration were carried out, local productive systems were deployed, from which full-fledged landscapes were created. Systems with historical data: EGP and HRP were also migrated.

The high expertise of AUXO allowed the customer to minimize the risks and consequences when separating Russian IT systems from global ones, to maintain the usual operation of the company's business processes as much as possible, to optimize complex IT solutions. The professional approach of AUXO also provided a high level of quality post warranty support for systems after the migration and localization process for the Russian representative office of EGGER.

After the completion of the SAP Carve OUT project, the AUXO team continues to provide technical and functional support to the customer for system administration and user support services through an organized, SLA-based incident system (ITSM). Where expert team employees act as level 3 support.
