2024: Implementation of Bitrix24

How do I set up effective communication in a company with 3,000 employees to keep everyone up to date with workflows? Previously, in the Blago Group of Companies, it was a real puzzle: letters were lost in mailings, ads were printed and hung around offices and sites, and production employees often learned the news late - or did not recognize at all. Representatives of 1C-Bitrix at the end of May 2025 talked about how they built a digital ecosystem based on Bitrix24 for Blago Group of Companies.

We asked colleagues from Biysk to photograph whether the announcement was posted on the site - and only so understood that it came.

As reported, there was a lot of information, but there was no access to it. And even if the letter reached, it was no longer possible to return to it a week later: it drowned among other letters or was accidentally deleted.

Now it's different. Each employee has an entry point - the Bitrix corporate portal 24. Here you can apply for a vacation, get a 2-NDFL certificate, wish your colleague a happy birthday, find out the latest company news and see photos from the last event. And also - follow the tasks, write HR and just feel like part of a common team.

The Blago group of companies is one of the leading producers of vegetable oils. The company operates seven factories in five regions of the country. Every day, enterprises process more than 1,600 tons of oil. In the assortment of "Blago" over ten brands of plant fats, such as "Blago," Almador, FREYA, "Gifts of Kuban" and "Blago PRO." The company's products are represented in all the largest federal retail chains in Russia and are exported to more than 27 countries of the world.

When more people, points of presence and processes appear in the company, the old communication system quickly ceases to cope. This was the case in the Blago Group of Companies - the business was actively growing, and with it chaos grew in the information field.

We needed a single digital environment. Such a portal where you can go and immediately get access to all the necessary services, documents and news. So as not to send letters in a circle and not print the same thing around the offices.

At some point, we realized that we needed a single entry point, a single communication platform, where we could provide people with information of various plans - graphic, text and services: applications, documents, certificates. To make it convenient and cool for people to use it.

The company studied the market, compared the capabilities of different systems. They were looking for not just a "box," but a platform that can be adapted for themselves and developed further. The choice fell on Bitrix24. Russian development, flexible architecture, a set of tools understandable for business, and most importantly - the possibility of refinement for specific tasks.

So began a large project on the digital transformation of internal communications.

One of the first steps of the project is design. The Blago Group of Companies immediately agreed with integrator Em Si Art: the corporate portal should be not only functional, but also visually recognizable. So that I want to go in and use.

To do this, at the start, they jointly developed a detailed UI-kit - a set of rules, templates and visual solutions that determined what each page would look like. Colors, fonts, cards, banners, icons - everything led to a single corporate style of the company.

The result is a portal that cannot be confused with the standard Bitrix interface24. It looks like an independent corporate product - reflecting the culture and visual code of the company.

Each employee of the Blago Group of Companies has its own scenario for using the portal. Someone sets tasks, someone sends an application for vacation, and someone checks the schedule for the delivery of documents. But all this is inside one platform.

The HR team uses the portal as a full-fledged working environment. Applications for personnel selection are drawn up here, internal vacancies are placed, requests are received from employees in typed categories. You can see new employees, birthdays and quickly find colleagues in the employee directory designed on the portal, which is synchronized with 1C. Through the portal, employees receive payroll, information on VHI and vacation balances.

Recruitment request

The service of setting goals for a probationary period has also been implemented - the head records the tasks, and the HR specialist can track progress. The plans include expanding this unit with the automation of onboarding processes.

Managers work with tasks, Kanban boards and calendars. Through the portal, you can control the download, track employee goals, and manage projects.

Administrative divisions received separate services: applications for courier service, sending letters, taxis, repairing office furniture and other tasks of the AHO. Everything is structured and transparent: you can see who applied, what is with it now, what attachments are attached and at what stage it is.

Applications to the legal department now work through the Cases service: employees can send a request by selecting the topic of the case. The system automatically distributes it to the right person. This helped get rid of disparate messengers and letters.

The portal combined everything. From tasks and feedback - to sending videos from corporate events. Dozens of scenarios - one tool.

One of the main strengths of the Bitrix24 digital platform is flexibility. The Blago Group took full advantage of this. Everything that could be adapted to its processes was adapted. And where it was more convenient to use external services, because they were already accustomed to them - they were simply connected to the portal.

CEDO is a good example. Instead of the built-in functionality of KEDO in Bitrix24, the company chose a third-party service. The reason is simple: it turned out to be more familiar to employees. We connected it to the portal through business processes. All logic is inside: documents are initiated with the necessary fields, are approved, signed and get back to 1C. But you can access it through the Bitrix24 portal so that you do not need to search for different access and login links.

If there are no reasons to use a separate service, the "native" FEDO in Bitrix24 can close all main tasks. It allows you to create and sign personnel documents with an electronic signature, track statuses, store them in a single archive and work with them as part of the company's business processes - all this is within one interface.

1S:ZUP is integrated bilaterally. Organizational structure, employee statuses, personnel changes - everything is automatically updated and tightened to the portal. The employee always sees up-to-date information about himself and his team.

A separate recruiting platform is integrated with the portal through the application service. Managers issue requests to Bitrix24, and HR specialists work in a separate system, receiving all data automatically. Responses, resumes, statuses by candidate - everything is visible and accessible.

Bitrix24 is not a rigid template. This is a platform from which you can assemble your system. As in the Blago Group of Companies: some of the solutions are out of the box, some are customized, and some are externally integrated. It all depends on the tasks and the team.

The corporate portal in the Blago group of companies is not only tasks, applications and help. Over time, it became part of the company's internal culture. They don't just work here - they participate, share, get involved.

A media bank has appeared on the portal - a place where you can watch photos and videos from corporate events. Video greetings are regularly published, competitions for children's drawing are held, and all this is with the participation of employees. People recognize each other, see the living side of the company, feel like part of it.

There are digests of the operating directorate, announcements of events, and invitations to internal activities. The team is discussing the introduction of gamification in order to motivate employees to even more actively use the capabilities of the portal.

While the foundation was being made - it was strict, it was necessary to clearly transfer the main business processes to the portal. Now we are starting to create - we really want to introduce gamification into processes so that life in the company becomes exciting.

So step by step the portal turns into a real media platform of the company.

Handling of cases

In the work - an extension of the EDC. If the employee himself initiates the signing of documents, then in the future it is planned to add incoming documents from the company: local regulations, orders and other types of personnel documents that require signature or familiarization.

The second area is HR analytics. The team plans to connect Power BI to work with data from the DWH vault, track recruitment performance and other important HR metrics.

Onboarding automation is also discussed. Probation goals are set manually by the supervisor, but in the future this process can be automated by established triggers - with reminders, checklists and automatic escort of newcomers chat boat messenger to Bitrix24.

The portal continues to change with the company. This is not just a one-time implementation, but a living digital system that evolves along with the tasks and needs of the business.

Over the year, the team did not just implement the portal - they managed to create a workspace that employees use every day.

According to an internal NPS survey, 96% of employees are ready to recommend the corporate portal to colleagues. The average rating that employees gave to affordable services was 4.24 points out of 5. Among the most popular tools are the employee directory (4.58) and the electronic document management system (4.32).

The introduction of Bitriks24 allowed Blago Group to unite about 3,000 employees on one digital platform. More than 400 people visit the portal every day to solve work problems.

The company managed to:

  • Transfer services frequently used by employees to online;
  • Increase employee engagement and provide them with quick access to information;
  • Set up a convenient document flow, including EDC and integration with 1C;
  • Transfer project activities to the portal, strengthening coordination between departments.
