2026: CDP CleverData Join Implementation
CleverData implemented the CDP CleverData Join platform at the Childhood Guardians Foundation and automated donor communications and data management. As a result, addressees became twice as likely to open and read the fund's newsletters - engagement increased from 10% to 21%. CleverData announced this on February 17, 2026.
Guardians of Childhood is an organization that supports adolescents of vulnerable groups across the country, helps them make informed career choices and gain their first experience with companies with mentors.
The Foundation turned to CleverData with the task of transferring communications with donors from manual mode to automatic scenarios, collecting disparate information into a single base and building more structural work with the audience.
In two months, the CleverData team deployed the CDP platform, combined data from the foundation's website through CleverData Tag Manager, configured integration with the Russian payment system, customer relationship management solution, Unisender mailer service and Excel base. Also, specialists formed holistic profiles of benefactors and streamlined actions related to donations (first donation, regular payments, unsuccessful operations and return after a break).
Transactional and newsletters are now launched via CDP by segment, and the fund's marketer uses off-the-shelf templates and trigger chains instead of manually sending.
| The CDP CleverData Join platform will allow the fund not only to save time on marketing interaction by automating it, but also help build more trusting relationships with donors. The system allows you to easily adapt communications in accordance with changes in the behavior of benefactors, supports complex segmentation conditions. The visual editor makes the process of setting up campaigns available even to specialists without in-depth technical knowledge, said Anna Ovchinnikova, business consultant at CleverData.
