Russian the product became a full-fledged replacement for a foreign one, ON which was used in the company. As of October 2025, the domestic solution is used by more than 100 employees - coordinators and project managers, as well as ordinary employees. This was Directum announced on October 29, 2025.

Until 2023, the company used several systems in conjunction: for project management - Microsoft Project and Bitrix24, for communication with clients - MS Dynamics CRM. After the departure of foreign suppliers from the Russian market, Intellect faced a large-scale task - to transfer all IT projects to one "hood."

The Directum Projects system helped to organize the work. The company uses 2 solutions: "Project Planning" and "Agile Boards." For customization, low-code was used: it turned out to close the main need - so that the actual labor costs were recorded in the project plan. Together with the revision, the implementation project took 3 months.

As of October 2025, the ISUP employs more than 100 employees. Text and video instructions help beginners to immerse themselves in work.

"Intellect":

• got rid of the "zoo" systems - all design work is carried out in one place;
• implements 100% of IT projects in Directum Projects;
• reduced the financial and labor costs of supporting the software.

The immediate task is to configure integration with specialized platforms for developers, engineers and consultants. This will facilitate the routine of specialists - for October 2025, they manually record tasks in different systems, which takes time and increases the likelihood of errors.

Also in the plans:

• launch portfolio and program management functionality to make it more convenient for top management to control projects at the upper level;
• expand the capabilities of the Directum ecosystem - introduce a legally significant personnel electronic document flow based on Directum HR Pro.

Directum Projects is a tool that has become a full-fledged replacement for MS Project. We received a product that can be developed independently taking into account the tasks that the market sets us. Before the implementation of the ISUP, we were already familiar with Directum, where we conducted electronic document management. Employees did not have to retrain and get used to the new solution.
