2025: Implementation of the OTC Settlement Online Tracking System

Fork-Tech has completed a project to implement an online settlement tracking system for OTC transactions for Investment House D8. The decision allowed one to significantly increase transparency and control over OTC transactions and non-trading transactions with securities. Fork-Tech announced this on October 27, 2025.

D8 Investment House has been operating in the Russian financial market since 2000 and specializes in serving qualified investors, private wealthy individuals, as well as institutional and corporate clients.

The company faced the need to tighten control over transactions amid increased market volatility. The multi-step settlement of OTC transactions multiplied the routine burden on employees who were required to collect and manually reconcile data from various sources. This reduced the pace of work of the direction, as well as increased the risks of errors associated with the human factor.

The system developed by Fork-Tech automated this task: information about all operations is aggregated in a single user interface. This made it possible to simplify control over them at each stage of the transaction, promptly receive reports from higher storage places and form discharges for analytical analysis of calculations.

The implementation of the system allowed us not only to minimize operational risks, but also to increase the efficiency of the team.
