Digital integrator QSOFT has developed a mobile application "NLMK @ DOC" for the international company "NLMK Group." The solution allows the heads of the organization to sign legally significant documents from the phone anywhere and at any time. The application significantly accelerated the process of approving and approving the company's materials. Qsoft announced this on February 24, 2025.

Previously, NLMK Group documents took up to 20 minutes to sign, especially when working outside the office, as it required connecting to a corporate VPN and waiting for the web service to load. Now, thanks to the NLMK @ DOC mobile application from QSOFT, company managers can sign documents in one window in just 1-2 minutes, which makes the process much more convenient and efficient.

To ensure security, the system provides a Face ID login. It guarantees identification personalities. In addition, a mobile signature with confirmation SMS by excludes the possibility of accidental approval of documents.

Key functions of NLMK @ DOC

• Push notifications of new documents to sign.
