2026: Implementation of Property Accounting Automation System

OCTRON and VIANT announced the completion of a project to introduce a property accounting automation system in the Office of the Governor of the Moscow Region. OCTRON announced this on March 12, 2026.

The integrator was tasked with streamlining property data, increasing the transparency of material movements and automating the inventory process. To do this, it was necessary to create a single centralized data warehouse for all accounting objects based on the 1C software and automate the process of collecting data using mobile devices.

VIANT specialists have proposed a solution based on Kleverens: Property Accounting software with RFID support for performing mobile operations (movement, issuance/return, inventory) and printing/coding marks through the specialized Kleverens module. Wonderfid Label.

Since the Kleverens: Property Accounting software was developed on the basis of 1C, it was possible to quickly implement bilateral data exchange between 1C: Budget Institution Accounting (1C: BSU) and the property accounting system, as well as adapt the software and hardware complex to specific client requirements. Printing and coding of marks for marking of fixed assets and material values is carried out using the thermal transfer RFID printer POSTEK TX2RM. To perform mobile operations, the customer chose Chainway C72 manual RFID readers.

As a result of the project, the accounting of movements and fixed assets, management accounting of balances and the state of inventory, the process of forming requests for write-off and movement between customer facilities were automated.

The decision made it possible to increase the relevance and reliability of data on the presence, location, movements of property objects. The inventory time was significantly reduced. The accuracy of operational control and accounting has increased due to a reduction in the impact of the human factor during the inventory.
