Robots bring the dishes ordered in the restaurant directly to the house - the guest can only open the door and pick up the package from the compartment. Delivery workers work in any weather, including rain and snow. Those who stayed in houses on the opposite bank of the Protva can also arrange a robo-delivery. In this case, the delivery robot will cross the river along the bridge.

The delivery service was available to guests earlier - orders were brought by couriers or brought by electric cars. It was difficult for the hotel to look for couriers, as the complex is away from the cities, and it was decided to reduce the use of electric cars due to noise. Yandex robots - much quieter and miniature compared to electric cars - will allow Pine River to improve the quality of guest service and maintain the silence of nature.

In order for robots to confidently navigate the territory of the complex, the Yandex team created its high-precision maps. Pine River is located in a pine forest - conditions here are very different from urban ones. Robots were specially taught to work on rough terrain and move along gravel paths, wooden decks, sandy areas and forest trails.
