SM Lab creates and develops 350 information systems and services in 20 functional areas. This is software for internal infrastructure, online stores, document management systems, analytics, logistics and customer experience.

With the scaling of the infrastructure for the tasks of the company's teams, the number of people used servers has grown 20 times. The company uses cloud, servers as well as services for working containers Kubernetes with and solutions for disaster recovery-structure IT.

SM Lab has automated internal cloud processes. To do this, the company's technical specialists have created a portal where product teams can order the necessary resources. The service allows you to automatically deploy them in different clouds.
