Tricolor has introduced its own personal data processing system

2026: Creation of a system to automate the depersonalization of personal data

The operator Tricolor"" in partnership with the solution developer ITiFlex"" created a system for automating depersonalization personal data (PD). The solution increases the level of PD protection, reduces the time for processing information in the entire IT Tricolor shaft and reduces the risk of errors. This was announced Tricolor on February 9, 2026.

Thanks to Tricolor's own data processing system, it was possible to significantly increase the efficiency and reliability of working with data. Before the implementation of the depersonalization project, all actions with them were carried out by company employees. This could result in longer processing times for requests. Tricolor automated the process, which reduced the risk of errors and increased the level of data protection. This system fully meets the requirements of federal legislation.

Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" obliges companies to stop processing personal data and depersonalize or destroy them if the purpose of their use is achieved or the subject of personal data has withdrawn consent to their processing. From September 1, 2025, the obligation to form and provide impersonal data sets at the official requests of authorized government agencies was added to this requirement. If the company does not comply with 152-FZ requirements, it faces tangible fines.

The peculiarity of the project is that it took a significant part of the time, in addition to developing the system, to study the existing customer processes and adapt them to work with impersonal data subjects. In a short time, we conducted a detailed survey of master systems and processes, which was necessary for the implementation of the developed data processing system, and also made it possible to correctly formulate tasks for suppliers of master systems to integrate depersonalization methods into their solutions, "said Alexander Zharov, director of projects at iFlex.
