Abanking and Safetech have implemented the Nopaper system at the Uralkhimmash plant in Ural . With the help of Nopaper, the plant reduced the time for signing documents from 3 days to 10 minutes. Skolkovo reported this on April 17, 2024.

The solution allows a personnel specialist to receive a document signed by all parties during the working day, depending on the employment of the parties. Previously, it took 3 days to sign documents, most of the time was spent waiting for a signed document to be received from one of the parties. Now, to work with documents, the signer just needs to log into the system, where all documents for signature will be visible.

The plant is gradually switching to electronic document management, as of April 2024, 400 employees are already using the personnel electronic document management system (KEDO) in their daily work. Also, to speed up the transition of all employees to KEDO, the plant places posts about KEDO in corporate social networks, and the heads of departments show by their example that KEDO is simple, fast and safe.
