The platform covers all client operations of VTB Bank and its affiliated banks, processing FOIV requests throughout Russia. During the implementation of the project, 22 data storefronts with a volume of more than 70 terabytes were transferred, containing over 400 billion records. This accelerated the processing of requests and improved the quality of the information provided.

The completion of the project was an important step in strengthening the bank's independence and increasing the efficiency of interaction with government agencies. The solution was implemented on the domestic platform Arenadata DB as part of the formation of technological sovereignty in the bank. The bank announced this on December 28, 2023.

As a result of the implementation of the import-substituted solution, the bank's business units received all the necessary tools and data for generating reporting and analyzing the Acquiring product, as well as the ability to control key indicators for the product - from the number of transactions in various devices to the cost of customer service. The use of the domestic Arenadata DB platform provided performance at the level of world solutions.
