Yolva automated the sales processes of AK Bars Leasing on the basis of Bitriks24. This was announced by Yolva on July 16, 2025.

The management of AK Bars Leasing realized that the current automation of sales is holding back business development. A key issue was the disparity of data that complicated the analysis of the effectiveness of operations. This led to delays in reporting and forced decisions based on irrelevant data. The situation was worsened by systemic errors and loss of information, which took time from employees to correct. The level of automation did not allow the company to realize its potential for growth, which ultimately prompted management to make a strategic decision on integrated digital transformation.

The goal of the project was to create a sales automation system that will ensure full transparency of transactions in real time. This will allow you to quickly identify and eliminate problem areas, reducing the time to yes and time to money.

For the client, it was extremely important to get not just an automated system, but a perfectly debugged sales mechanism - intuitive, but absolutely reliable, where reports are generated in "one click," and processes exclude the possibility of errors.

Previously, employees could skip steps, make mistakes or delay a task - now the system does not allow this to be done. Everything happens strictly according to a given algorithm.

At any time, you can see at what stage the deal is, what documents are ready, and what else needs to be finalized. Nothing is lost or forgotten.

A lot used to be done by hand - there were delays, document confusion and the risk of data loss because of this. Now the system controls everything.

The system eliminates chaotic actions by strictly controlling the sequence of stages of each transaction and automatically allocates tasks between departments - this completely eliminates failures and violations
