2020: Implementation of the scheme of direct distribution of aviaservices

On June 2, 2020 it became known that Ramax International received the certificate of the fourth level within implementation of the standard of distribution of air transportation of NDC (New Distribution Capability) developed by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

NDC is the standard of data exchange between airline and sales agents of tickets. The fourth level according to this standard is awarded to the companies which successfully implemented NDC Offers & Orders Management technology (management of offers and orders) in version 18.2.

Ramax International received the certificate for implementation of the scheme of direct distribution of aviacompany services Aeroflot with the agencies and metasearch engines according to the NDC standard. The airline implemented the mechanism of direct sales of tickets through online search engines of flights, such as Skyscanner, Momondo and others. In addition, informing clients on branded tariff groups is provided, apseyla are stimulated and the cash flow is raised. In a project deliverable Ramax International created in Aeroflot the system of NDC services conforming to the standard of the International air-transport association for as received the certificate of the highest level.

The fourth level allows Ramaks to build and implement the strategy of service support of passengers at the customers. Using the solution Ramax International players of the market of passenger traffic will be able quickly to provide to passengers information on exchange and return of tickets and to inform them on changes in armoring. As a result, implementation of the similar scheme it is capable to optimize expenses on distribution and to increase revenue from sales of tickets and services.

The personalized communications are what under an hour is not enough for clients of the companies from transport and tourist sectors. It is important to passengers to see that carriers care for them and provide comfortable canals and services for a design and tracking of orders. Certification of NDC on the highest status as a result of implementation of the scheme of direct distribution in Aeroflot emphasizes that Ramax International is capable to implement the NDC Offers & Orders Management projects and to construct the convenient system of NDC services at customers of the highest level,

Therefore we need projects which will be able to make interaction between airline and clients more effective. The NDC standard helps us to find reliable partners thanks to whom we improved order management and had additional opportunities for distribution of aviaservices in digital channels,
