2021: Implementation of "ERP for filling stations" system
The network of gas stations Ajax"" (partner) Shell introduced the system "" ERP for filling station from the company ("Practicon" group of companies ""), AIT-Oil which announced this on June 1, 2021.
Ajax has been cooperating with the AIT-Oil group of companies since 2011 and uses AIT-Oil ASU at all its facilities. To further develop the company, it was necessary to move to the next level of business management - to carry out planning processes and monitor the implementation of plans, more quickly and accurately determine the main indicators of its activities, build management of all network objects in real time.
To solve these problems, the ERP system for gas stations was chosen, developed by Practicon (AIT-Oil group of companies) and combining the achievements in the field of automation of gas station networks with a solution for integrated automation on the 1C platform.
As part of the project, the system was installed and customer specialists were trained, imported data from the AIT-Oil and Supermag systems (a solution for automating the operation of stores in the AIT-Oil complex, replaced by ERP for gas stations as of June 2021), the system was refined and adapted to the specific features business processes of the customer, communication and debugged data between AZP and ER ASU. The mechanism of operation of the new system was fully worked out as part of the pilot project, which later allowed the customer's specialists to independently connect all gas stations of the network to the system.
Due to the implementation of the "ERP for filling stations" system, all operational information became available in real time, including data on the cost of fuel and related goods. In addition, the work on planning and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities carried out at gas stations has been significantly simplified. According to the network management, the labor intensity of these operations decreased by 7-10 times.
All mechanisms of the ERP system for gas stations were integrated into the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 system already operating at Ajax with the preservation of all historical data, which made the implementation process comfortable for the customer, Practicon noted.
"We have received a system that allows us to apply a fundamentally new approach in our operational activities, since ERP for gas stations eliminated most of the barriers that restrained the further development of the company," said Dmitry Panyukov, CEO of Ajax. |
