BOSS. Personnel systems companies, the Russian developer of the universal platform of resource management of the BOSS and WSS-Consulting enterprise, specializing in product introduction on the Microsoft SharePoint platform, completed to summer of 2016 the joint project on integration of a personnel management system the BOSS-personnel officer and electronic document management systems of WSS Docs in pharmaceutical company "AKRIKHIN".
Upon the demand of the customer the systems of accounting of the personnel and electronic document management used at the enterprise had to provide end-to-end process of creation, signing using the qualified electronic digital signature (EDS) and further storage of personnel documents.
The solution BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER used in AKRIKHIN company for registration of personnel and payroll is integrated into corporate information environment of the enterprise by means of algorithms of loading / unloading of necessary data.
WSS Docs – the electronic document management system used in AKRIKHINE based on Microsoft SharePoint.
From the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system in the workflow system WSS Docs documents on personnel records are unloaded. Except the document necessary parameters are unloaded. Also separate attribute defining whether the document is subject to adjustment in an electronic document management system is specified.
There are two options of unloading of personnel documents in WSS Docs from the BOSS-personnel officer: the document is unloaded on the stage "Preparation" for completion/adjustment of the document. At the same time the employee personnel services which adjusts the document and sends it for signing from the EDS to the employee is notified. Or the document is unloaded on signing from the EDS at once, and the employee receives the notification about need of signing of the personnel document. This solution gives the chance of the signature of personnel documents when the employee is in a business trip, a holiday. After completion of signing all documents come to Archive on storage, and the relevant employee of HR department receives the notification about completion of process.
The performed works on integration of two systems allowed to accelerate work with personnel documentation, to reduce the volume of manual entry and to optimize business processes in AKRIKHIN company.

The company "Omega Plus 91" automated in 2010 time keeping with the help HRM systems "Boss-personnel officer" at chemical and pharmaceutical plant "Akrikhin", entering into concern Polpharma.
A personnel system is used at plant since 2001. Earlier based on standard functionality of a system processes of formation of postings, their transfers to the financial module ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV, data loadings about the price-work salary, the total costs, necessary for calculation, and also some other specific tasks were automated.
Automation of time keeping, by the customer's estimates, allowed to accelerate input and data processing for payroll and to accurately differentiate actions of staff of organic bureaus, settlement service, human resource departments and motivation.
