2019: Automation about 20 business processes based on First Form

On October 4, 2019 The First Form company announced that Alianta Group automated about 20 business processes in The First Form system and sums up the first results of the project.

The first stage of system implementation First Form was completed in the summer of 2019. During a stage are automated: sales management and purchases, input and certification of new products, legal and financial document flow, carrying out marketing efforts, personnel processes, technical support. In a system practically all divisions, about 350 users work.

Effect which in Alianta Group was felt at once — a clear understanding of responsibility for accomplishment of tasks and an adherence to deadlines. It is visible who and when took a task, is engaged it in it or not — now this information is available to all participants of process. On a response of the customer, convenient work with documents and an opportunity to quickly find the necessary information is not abstract advantages, but real benefit.

Andrey Bereznev, the director of the corporate center "Alianta Group", gave such example: "Earlier we had no accurate process of contest of penalties. The sales department made decisions only on the basis of the claims exposed by clients. Now we can check whether there was an underdelivery and on whose fault, and, above all what measures are taken not to allow failures in the future. For example, initially the client exposed a penalty on 600 thousand rubles, but our logisticians provided documents according to which delivery did not take place because of the network, and as a result the penalty was reduced to zero.

In the long term in First Form it is going to implement all processes connected with information transfer and documents in the company including integration with the accounting systems.
