2021: Complete the implementation of Documino-based SED

On March 19, 2021, AID- Management Technologies announced the completion of the implementation of SED at Yantarenergo. The project involved the migration of historical data from the customer's ACDS to the SADO electronic document management system, developed and implemented by AID- Management Technologies on the basis of its own Documino platform.

The project was implemented by a working group of 20 specialists. The work started in May 2020 and ended in December. The final result was an increase in the efficiency of working with the documents of Yantarenergo JSC due to the introduction of a flexible and functional SED solution designed to support the work of Yantarenergo JSC and 4 branches of the company. The total number of users whose operation the system supports as of March 2021 is 500 people, the ability to scale the solution is provided.

As part of the workflow migration, 848,161 documents were loaded into the system, and all active tasks of company employees were transferred. On the first day of pilot operation (PEI), the system made it possible to create 534 new documents.

The system is integrated into a single information space of electronic document management of Rosseti PJSC and Rosseti PJSC with support for the mechanism of end-to-end business processes for processing incoming and outgoing documents, ORD, board documents, committees, board of directors, as well as the implementation of resolutions.

Full and abbreviated life cycles of documents are supported: incoming, outgoing, internal, administrative, etc. In addition, the SED has established processes of interaction between Yantarenergo and Rosseti Group of Companies in the areas of coordination, distribution and control of executive discipline.

"The introduction of a single SADO solution provided the necessary level of automation of work with contractual documents, as well as integration interaction with the 1C: Holding Management system. A business process has been implemented to register consumer appeals and obtain statistics on the progress of citizens' appeals. For ease of user registration, the system uses integration with the Microsoft Active Directory directory service. During the further operation of the system, we expect to increase the speed of operational interaction on current issues both within the organization and branches, and with the parent company, "said Alexei Andreev, director of the information technology directorate of Yantarenergo JSC.

According to him, on time, the company received SED on a modern import-substituted platform with the possibility of expanding functionality and scaling in the future.
