2018: Connection to STsMK Argus

On December 5, 2018 the ALP Group company announced connection of a server landscape of the Russian office of the Italian pharmaceutical company Angelini ("Andzhelini of Pharm Rus") to service of the centralized monitoring and control over "health" of the IC(STsMK) of Argus. Service provides continuous audit of the Russian IT infrastructure and provides to system administrators of service company "slepki" of a status of systems almost in real time. Thus STsMK helps the Russian division of the company to prevent up to 80% of incidents in local IT infrastructure and 3-10 times quicker to solve those 20% which nevertheless happen.

STsMK works with a monitoring system of global IT service which traces a status of all key services and the equipment of the company (corporate mail, CRM, replication of data in DPC). The global monitoring system monitors a status of services in all regions of presence of Angelini at once. And Argus only in IT infrastructure "Andzhelini of Pharm Rus beforehand reveals "bottlenecks" and possible points of application of efforts". That SLA allows service company to observe precisely, and to customer company quickly and just to cope even with most difficult the revealed IT problems (for example, on software joints).

Thanks to STsMK in the Russian representative office of Angelini the archive of objective data on how key IT services work began to collect. Such archive gives the chance to compare work of services during the different periods and to understand when it was better when it is worse at the expense of what and what to do that the problems revealed using the analysis of objective data did not repeat any more.

ALP Group supports smooth operation of the information system (IS) "Andzhelini of Pharm Rus" according to the scheme outsourcing since 2015. In three years the service company coordinated and implemented for the customer a complex of the interconnected IT projects (the project on SCS at office of the client, deployment of a LAN, corporate telephony Internet, updating and setup tablets Apple iPad for medical representatives and area managers of the company).

In further plans of cooperation – the organization of service of a video conferencing for users of mobile devices. Engineers of ALP Group will have to find out that they already apply offices of group in other countries. Estimate how successful is this experience. Besides, in 2019 transfer "Andzhelini of Pharm Rus" is planned for more secure system of MDM (Mobile Device Management).

2017: Independence of global IT service

In 2017, according to the offer of ALP Group, support of a server landscape of customer company in Russia became mostly independent of global IT service. "Andzhelini of Pharm Rus" took this step to receive the high speed of the solution of technical issues necessary to it and problems allowing business divisions to work accurately, precisely, without expensive failures and idle times. As a result, in 2017 all servers (including a security server) and services on them (Office 365 from Microsoft, file service, service of printing, etc.) began to be supported by specialists of ALP Group. And IT incidents and problems of the Russian representative office of Andzhelini began to come to light and be solved in only several hours, is frequent — for an hour.

2016: Creation of IT infrastructure

In 2016 ALP Group designed and constructed modern katastrofo-and failsafe IT infrastructure of the Russian representative office. As a result all services, critical for the company (mail, CRM, file service, etc.) were completely displaid in a cloud or duplicated in it according to the scheme of hybrid IT infrastructure. Also network equipment was duplicated. In the summer of the same year, densely interacting with foreign colleagues, the service company customized a global management system for mobile devices (AirWatch).
