System implementation of DIRECTUM in ARSENAL INSURANCE COMPANY LLC company
Project Objectives:
- provide timely and continuous access to information of the DIRECTUM system irrespective of location of the employee (leadership team of the company);
- automate processes of office;
- automate contract management.
- automation of contact center.

Project History
At the time of the beginning of the project, already over a year the ARSENAL company purchased system modules of electronic document management of DIRECTUM, such as: registration of correspondence; execution and control of execution of instructions; process of approval of orders and orders, memos, powers of attorney, invoices for payment. The staff of TANAIS company had to implement actually again these modules since a lot of things required repartition.
As well as in all organizations, and approving all documents the top management which the considerable part of time is spent out of walls of office is approving. With respect thereto, before the company there was a problem of timely and continuous access to information, irrespective of location of the employee.
The solution was acquisition for all leadership team of the solution Directum Solo. This solution ensures functioning with documents, tasks and tasks in EDMS on notebooks under Microsoft Windows management 8 and also hybrid devices based on Microsoft Windows 8. The application allows to work even in the conditions of lack of network connection and has the facilitated interface in Modern UI style.
As a result of implementation of the project
all processes of approval and signing of white papers are adapted to the Directum Solo application that made work of the users who are in a business trip or the road is much more comfortable. And what is important: activity of office does not stop, despite the absence of at office of obligatory approving.
Maintenance
Since solution launch in commercial operation, the TANAIS company successfully accompanies the implemented solution and gives technical support.
