2020: Organization of the accounting system of the gas-balloon equipment

On November 12, 2020 the Siltek group reported that together with the developer of ERP systems Neo company organized a system of accounting of the gas-balloon equipment (GBO) and production management at the plant of technical Arton gases (Tula).

The NeoCRM system constructed using RFID technology allows to control all cycle of transactions with GBO; maintain the database of clients, accounting of interaction and document flow with them; manage production processes and logistics; analyze a big array of various information and data on activity of the enterprise in general. Besides, a system is created as a basis of the unified Federal digital register on accounting and control over turnover of GBO through the whole country.

Thanks to our system and RFID technology was succeeded to exclude turnover of the counterfeit equipment, to provide control of timely maintenance, to organize automatic check of products online, - Kirill Lodvikov, the CEO of Neo company tells. – Besides, the quality, reliability and durability of the equipment of the customer increased.

For identification of gas cylinders the RFID technology which allows to read out data from a radio tag from comfortable distance for the operator was selected. The technological solution is implemented based on the locking and sealing Cordon device with the RFID tag integrated into it made by Siltek Group at own plant.

For this project we offered ZPU "Kordon-RFID" as it has the increased criminalistic firmness at the expense of the threefold lock, - Maxim Selivanov, the director of the department of technologies of safety of Siltek Group comments. – The special metal lock wrench firmly fixes a rope in the lock, supplementing the double locking mechanism in the body, and it allows to fix densely a tag on a bulb neck and to use its all term of use of a cylinder. Operating conditions of GBO rather tough, and ZPU "Cordon" resists to effort of destruction of the lock, equal 6.1 kilonewtons that is equivalent to lifting of loads weighing 600 kg.

In this modification of Cordon the NFC chip which is read out from distance 0.05 meters using the normal smartphone with the installed special program is used. Data are automatically and instantly broadcast in an accounting system. It is an optimal variant for the customer: any specialist working with the equipment can easily and simply, and, above all – is under control, to manage information on a specific cylinder. This solution is created in fact by the digital passport for each unit of GBO and brings an accounting system to other technology level.

The NeoCRM system is integrated with 1C, SBIS, my Warehouse, Bitriks24 and any virtual PBX. ZPU "Kordon-RFID" is also implemented in the modification working at the frequency of UHF for reading from long ranges more than 1 meter.
