On August 21, 2019 the company of Technology of the Future reported that the Network of drugstores of Asn improved qualities of customer service: for regulation of a flow of visitors and increase in efficiency of service in 2 drugstores of network intelligent systems of NEURONIQ were installed.
Implementation of the project allowed to automate service management, to raise a customer loyalty, to increase an average bill of purchase due to switching of attention of the client from tracking of queue by additional inspection of products provided in the hall.
Besides, the modern NEURONIQ system gave an opportunity to the management to trace operational statistical data and to make reports, to control a queue status, to reveal service process "bottlenecks".
Within the project need to provide a priority to clients who take away in advance ordered goods on the website of the organization was considered. In addition, according to the corporate style the interface of the menu of the choice of services and a LCD panel was developed.
