2021: Integration of the Fair Sign system with WMS

The ConsID company, the Russian developer and integrator of professional IT systems for management of a warehouse, completed the project on integration of ConsID WMS with the system of marking Fair Sign in warehouses of the distributor of auto parts "Avtospeys".

The company "Avtospeys" is the Belarusian supplier of spare parts for cars and utility commercial trucks and owns for February, 2021 network of warehouses – the central warehouse in Minsk of 8,000 sq.m and a branch network of warehouses at shops with an average area of 1,000 sq.m. "Avtospeys" since 2010 automates warehouse logistics together with the Russian company ConsID, warehouses of the company are running the ConsID WMS system. As "Avtospeys" performs the large wholesale supplies of auto parts to Russia, in 2020 for fulfillment of requirements of the Russian legislation on obligatory marking of buses the company had a need for integration of warehouses with the Fair Sign system.

At the next stage of cooperation with "Avtospeys" specialists of ConsID company carried out setup and implementation of the special integration module ConsID GIS. Completions of business processes of acceptance and inspections of goods of category of the bus are carried out. At a stage of check printing of labels with the codes of marking of DataMatrix received from the Fair Sign system and their binding to the corresponding commodity unit is made. After completion of processes of acceptance or shipment of orders in the WMS system by means of the module ConsID GIS through a corporate information system of 1C data exchange with the Fair Sign system is made. Thus, the implemented solution allows to trace and register in the Fair Sign system all movements of each marked commodity unit in a warehouse with automatic confirmation of a transfer of property in retail network or to the third-party partner.

Integration into the Fair Sign system and all necessary technology completions are made by specialists of ConsID company within a month. Thus, we are completely ready to changes of the Russian legislation according to which since December 15, 2021 a ban on turnover of unmarked buses is imposed.
