Prof-IT Group completed implementation of the ERP system for the Aviastar-SP plant

2019: Completion of implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

On April 16, 2019 Prof-IT Group announced completion of implementation of the ERP system for the Aviastar joint venture plant. The implemented ERP system automates key business processes of the plant. Purchase management and accounting of inventory items, tax accounting and the regulated reporting, the cost accounting and cost accounting of products are conducted within one 1C Platform now : ERP Enterprise management 2.0.

Before transition to this solution to Aviastar joint venture there was no unified information system of enterprise management – the employees who are responsible for different tasks and the directions worked with different IT solutions. The Aviastar joint venture was required to increase efficiency of providing information, to reduce labor input of preparation of the reporting and to provide transparency of business processes. With respect thereto, the plant made the decision on transition to other ERP system based on 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2. The project was performed by specialists of PROF‑IT GROUP.

Purchase management and accounting of the inventory items (II) were implemented by job order production. Management of warehouse stocks and quality are performed within one system now.

The appeared functionality according to the cost accounting and cost accounting allowed to improve the system of orders.

We had an opportunity to expand structure of analytics and to use additional details of orders that helps to analyze efficiency of orders. Alexander Tikhonov, Head of department of information technologies 'Aviastar joint venture'

The uniform reference book of orders reflects all changes of the statuses, and cost control on orders is exercised at each stage of accounting. It is especially relevant at acceptance of management decisions and optimization of a general production, general running and other expenses.

Regarding automation of tax accounting and the regulated reporting the enterprise needed considerable development of standard functionality of the ERP system. It was important to customer to display separate accounting of the VAT and VAT of a long cycle in ERP, it became possible due to expansion of functionality of the basic solution.

In a project deliverable Aviastar joint venture was succeeded to increase transparency of business processes, to improve quality of the provided reporting and to simplify a part of routine tasks of employees. For April, 2019 ERP automates over 1000 jobs Aviastar joint venture.

Further the enterprise is going to pass to nomenclature accounting in work in progress in kind and a semi-finished cost accounting method on the made products and the resold goods.
