OTR inspected services of service and the application software of "Ilyushin Aviation Complex"

On April 15, 2019 IT- the company OTR reported that it conducted examination of a current status of service of service and an after-sale service PJSC Ilyushin Aviation Complex regarding the organization and accomplishment of services of an after-sale service (PPO) of the passenger airplane Il-114-300. As a result of inspection specialists OTR developed the road map for automation business processes of PPO of aviation complex.
According to the company, on inspection of the existing business processes of PPO the aviation complex attracted PRO IT company (the block of OTR company) to project implementation. Having analyzed the customer's business challenges, OTR started the description of processes of PPO and the main information entities of the IC PPO. Specialists of the company conducted in total 26 interviews with customer service of PJSC Il, service of an after-sale service, service MTS, IT service, department of ensuring process activity and other divisions. In the course of inspection the information materials provided more than ten divisions of aviation complex are collected and analyzed.
It was important to us to understand a situation in general: what processes go in holding as they can be improved. Different divisions of a complex often not always knew that they do next, the functionality was often duplicated. Thanks to OTR company we collected all process map PPO and understood in what order they need to be automated. As a result of the performed works of PJSC Il received the report on the carried-out inspection containing the description of all business processes of PPO, organizational and staff structure and also conclusions and recommendations on further activities in the field of automation of PPO. Besides, OTR prepared the album of reports on the analysis of a logistical support (ALS) containing the main information data of ALP and forming a basis for development of information system PPO.
In addition, the description and the analysis of a current status of business processes of PPO is made, the tree of the purposes and tasks is made, offers on structure of business processes with implementation priorities are made. Business processes are described on each of the directions of inspection: engineering, logistics, management of guarantees, retraining of personnel and the organization of the flight validity, a MRO (maintenance and repair), the Centers of a first-line support, contract management and marketing managing and providing processes. Specialists made assessment of a status of documentation and drew conclusions on each of the directions; selected the list of the planned business processes which are subject to automation in the course of accomplishment of the first, second and third queues of the project of creation of information system PPO.
The next step, after carrying out inspection, offers to start creation of an information system of an after-sale service.
