BG Clean increased effective management of exit employees using the Maxoptra platform

On October 24, 2019 the company Magenta reported that the cleaning company BG Clean implemented logistic a system Maxoptra. The solution is used in division which is engaged in cleaning of carpets. As a result of implementation of BG Clean reduced time necessary for planning of routes, by 4 times and increased effective management of exit employees.

BG Clean takes away carpets from clients in washing workshop and brings them back after cleaning. Before connection to Maxoptra creation of routes of the movement of employees was performed manually, using online maps. With increase in order amount the labor input of planning increased, on creation of routes left till one and a half o'clock in day. It was connected with the fact that it became more difficult to logisticians to consider features of each request, for example, stay duration at the client depending on a work type, time frames of service. The impossibility of accounting of all restrictions affected quality of planning: the constructed routes were inefficient, drivers often were late to clients.

As a result of system implementation of BG Clean optimized process of preparation for departure. Data on requests are imported from CRM to Maxoptra. A system automatically plans routes of the movement of employees, proceeding from type of requests, the planned duration of stay on an object, wishes of clients on time of a visit, working schedules of managers. Also road traffic is considered. The created routes are transferred to employees in the form of the printed route sheets. Thanks to automation of transactions time for preparation for departure was reduced to 15 minutes. Automatic accounting of parameters allows to receive the optimal schedule. Employees come to clients in time and execute the planned amount of works.

The company changed approach to the organization of delivery. Nizhny Novgorod and suburbs were divided into zones, for everyone created the diagram of service. During planning a system prompts to the logistician whether the manager on an object in time specified by the client is in time. In case of possible delay the logistician offers the client other time of a visit according to the diagram. Thus, BG Clean minimizes risk of delay by time approved with the client.
