2020: Project development on installation of metering stations of an expense of the heat carrier and thermal energy

PTK KRUG-2000 will provide the accuracy of accounting of heatresources of the Balakovo CHPP-4. On July 7, 2020 the Circle company reported about it.

Increase in cost efficiency of the companies of a heat power complex is directly connected with accurate accounting of the energy resources which are released to consumers. The management of PJSC T Plus gives start to the "About the Organization of Technology and Commercial Accounting on Sources, Thermal Networks and at the End Consumer" program execution for a transparent picture of production and resource consumption in all branches of the company.

The Balakovo CHPP-4 of the Saratov branch "T Plus" provides with thermal energy 96% of housing stock of the city, the most part of the social sphere, industrial sector, the enterprises of small and medium business and also delivers electrical energy on the Federal Wholesale Electric Power Market.

The management of the Balakovo CHPP-4 determined by a main objective within program execution increase in cost efficiency with observance of accuracy of accounting of a holiday of energy resources to consumers and a possibility of data transmission in the corporate automated information measuring system of technical and commercial accounting (AIIS to the TIC) PJSC T Plus.

For the solution of this task KRUG company develops the project of modernization of metering stations of an expense of the heat carrier and thermal energy of combined heat and power plant for transfer to city thermal networks.

Are provided by the project:

• installation of metering stations of steam of average and high pressure
• installation of metering station of condensate
• creation of an automated system of accounting of heatresources based on PTK KRUG-2000
• data transmission from metering stations in the existing corporate system of AIIS to the TIC of PJSC T Plus.

The project will provide increase in profitability, reliability and safety of power supply of consumers for the account:

• increases in accuracy of accounting of energy resources
• operational identification and warning of emergency situations and losses in the system of heat supply
• reduction of costs on reading of metering devices with replacement of manual collecting on automatic (an exception of influence of a human factor).

KRUG company develops the design estimates on installation of metering stations of an expense of the heat carrier and thermal energy of the Balakovo CHPP-4 and creation of an automated system of accounting of heatresources based on PTK KRUG-2000. The next stage of works in 2020 supposes development, installation and adjustment of an accounting system according to the developed project.
