2022: Switch to HRlink-based EDO

"Belgorod Information Fund" switched to a personnel EDO based on HRlink Electronic Personnel Document Management System. This was announced by HRlink (Innovations in Personnel Management) on May 12, 2022.

The time for signing documents was reduced from 3 days to 3-5 minutes. According to the results of the experiment, the system will scale into state and municipal institutions of the Belgorod region.

Previously, the signing of personnel documents at the Belgorod Information Fund took an average of up to three days. In a remote unit of the fund of 30 people, the process could last up to two weeks.

The fund decided to test the KEDO system from HRlink, which allows you to abandon paper in the HR sector and switch to a digital format of personnel records. Using the HRlink service, employees can sign documents in several clicks from a smartphone or computer. It is enough to enter a one-time code that comes to the SMS. To sign documents, an electronic digital signature is used, which is issued directly on the platform, or an account on the State Services portal.

The connection of the Belgorod Information Fund to the HRlink service took only a month. As of May 12, 92 employees of the organization are using the system. As a result of the project, the deadline for signing documents was reduced to an average of 3-5 minutes.

The transition to HRlink gives us the opportunity to sign personnel documents in a couple of clicks from anywhere in the world, safely store them and, if necessary, quickly acquaint employees with documents. We see great potential for this approach to personnel management, so we are ready to recommend the system for implementation in organizations of the Belgorod region, "said Denis Morozov, director of the Belgorod Information Fund OGBU.

The recognition of the system suitable for implementation in state and municipal institutions of the Belgorod region is very important for us - this proves the high quality of the HRlink service. The transition of organizations to paperless HR will not only speed up paperwork processes and reduce paper consumption, but will also be another step towards digitalization of the region, "said Dmitry Makhlin, HRlink Development Director.
