2024: Completion of the first stage of digitalization
Centr2D completed the first stage of digitalization of facilities at the Borovskaya poultry farm, one of the largest enterprises for the production of eggs and their processing products in Russia. This was announced by the Center 2D on May 15, 2024.
As part of the work, the steam boiler room of the deep egg processing workshop was modernized. The main task of the project was the operational replacement of steam boiler controllers and their control system with domestic solutions due to the departure of foreign manufacturers from Russia and the completion of support for their equipment.
Within two months, the company's specialists carried out import substitution of controllers with the maximum use of existing equipment, and also introduced a monitoring and management system that allows you to visualize the operating modes of the boiler house and the state of the equipment, as well as control it in real time.
At the next stages of the project, all workshops of the poultry farm with critical equipment are planned to be connected to the Centr2D APCS, which monitors and predicts failures to prevent accidents and optimize equipment maintenance.
During the implementation, equipment for technical metering is installed in the pilot workshop, which will collect data on electricity consumption parameters for training the predictive analytics system for 3 months. After that, the company's specialists will create a model for predicting the failure of critical equipment over the next 48 hours with accuracy from the 85% and scale it to other workshops.
Analytical information collected from sensors and controllers on equipment, and then processed by the model, will be sent to the customer's personal account online.
Due to the fact that our technical accounting system evaluates equipment indicators and reports malfunctions when they can still be fixed, downtime is reduced by up to 40%, and energy costs are reduced by up to 25%. Thus, the company spends less on equipment maintenance, purchase of spare parts or replacement of equipment, while labor productivity increases by 30-40%, "said Evgeny Miskevich, General Director of Centr2D.' |
One of our main goals for May 2024 is to reduce production downtime. With the help of an emergency forecasting system, we will be able to prevent equipment failures in time and control the quality of equipment operation and service, which will help improve business efficiency, "said Evgeny Nesvat, General Director of the Borovskaya poultry farm. |
