On February 13, 2019 NPF Krug announced delivery performance of PTK KRUG-2000 for an APCS of a boiler unit of CHPP-1 of Aktau.
The CHPP-1 of Aktau is a part of MAEK-Kazatomprom LLP (Kazakhstan) and supplies the city with electrical energy and heat, its power is 75 MW and 198.5 Gcal respectively. Are a part of delivery:
- two control cabinets with controllers from 100% hot sparing of a processor part and real-time system of the controller
- The automated workplace of the operator-technologist (the reserved server) and the automated workplace of the engineer of an ACS running the Russian SCADA KRUG-2000.
The project documentation is developed using standard technical solution of an APCS of boiler units.
Implementation of an APCS of a boiler unit of the Aktau CHPP-1 based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex will ensure increase in level of reliability, safety and profitability of operation of the equipment, cutting of costs for service regarding instrumentation and automated control systems.
