Before implementation of the software product 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP at the Carcade Leasing enterprise there were no mechanisms for conducting document flow.
The choice of the program was influenced by the volume functionality giving ample opportunities for comfortable and convenient work and also providing the high level of automation. It is universal and is developed taking into account the requirements caused by creation of the main business processes.
During the project 5 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Office-work
- Accounting and document storage
- Time recording
- Accounting of agreements
As a result the automated system which quickly and qualitatively performs the functions assigned to it on formation of documents in information base, their storage and accounting turned out.
