For many enterprises having an outdated information system there comes the moment when they realize need for modern management tools. And "The Cheboksary electrohardware plant" made the decision on transition to new, much more technological platform.

One of large enterprises in Chuvashia, "ChEAZ" used the information system having not the just low capability to variability and to development but at the same time requiring quite big resource for maintenance of its working capacity.

As a result of such interaction absolute mutual understanding between the companies was reached, and the decision on start of the joint project is made.

At the moment there is an approved diagram, and there is a transition to the next step - to a modeling stage. Practice of a company performance Constant shows that projects at the enterprises of such scale never are simple - both on organizational, and on technology components. Nevertheless, our experts are convinced that reasonable assessment of project tasks and understanding of their complexity are the key to successful execution of works.
