2020: Reengineering of HR processes

On April 14, 2020 it became known that in ChTPZ Group the project on business process reengineering of personnel administration and payroll which result was implementation of the unified information system on personnel management and compensation on five platforms of a pipe and trunk division that increased process performance is successfully implemented and reduced quantity of forms of the reporting.

As the partner in project implementation for 15,000 thousand employees of the company one of the Russian consulting companies MOLGA Consulting acted. As a result of the description of target processes, audit and conversion of report forms, templates and reference books in ChTPZ Group the single system on personnel management and compensation which provides effective management of personnel resources due to centralization and unification of functions of personnel records and salary accrual and also cost optimization was developed and implemented.

The implemented single system integrated five divisions of the company with one database and reduced quantity of forms of the reporting by 20 times — from 2,000 to 100 units, and reporting happens without use of Excel now. Also within the project are created a personal account of the employee with personnel information and the uniform reference book of payments and compensations.
