2020: Implementation of 125 automated workplaces

On September 10, 2020 the company X-Com сообщила an implementation project of 125 the automated jobs (AJ) of medical and administrative personnel of City clinical hospital No. 10 Khabarovsk – one of edge healthcare institutions.

Application of an automated workplace in polyclinic and medical institutions allows to optimize accomplishment of routine tasks (maintaining clinical records of patients, information search, filling of cards of professional survey, prescription of medicines according to their register, etc.), to lower non-core load of medical personnel and to increase service rate of patients.

Within the project detailed job analysis of an office information system and also the workflows operating in the organization was carried out. On the basis of data retrieveds a set of recommendations to structure of an automated workplace is developed, technical specifications, the including requirements to hardware and program parts of the solution are made.

The automated workplace configurations are developed individually for each specialist, proceeding from his profile and specifics of the carried-out tasks. The basis of jobs was formed by the production workstations X-Com manufactured especially for this project, complemented with graphic monitors of high resolution. Integration of an automated workplace into IT infrastructure of "turnkey" organization, including setup and all range of balancing and commissioning is executed. On all equipment the guarantee of producers is broadcast.
