2026: Organization of 19 educational events for doctors on the MTS Link platform

CoFactor, the agency medical and, for pharmaceutical marketing 2025, organized 19 educational events on a platform for business communications, training and collaboration. MTS Link Specialists could connect to expert speeches remotely, without travel or interruption from work. Most of the events were accredited in the Continuous System (NMO medicalformations). This was MTS Link announced on February 9, 2026.

Medical organizations and pharmaceutical companies turn to CoFactor to conduct educational events for doctors, and for these tasks the agency uses the MTS Link platform. Up to 10,000 people can join each event. To comply with the requirements of the NMO, CoFactor applies platform functions: monitoring the presence of listeners, conducting live testing and generating detailed statistics for each participant. These tools allow the organizer to correctly carry out accreditation of doctors and prepare reports for their clients.

Every event for us is a high responsibility to the audience and customers. We need a solution that works stably when connected from different countries and meets the requirements of Russian legislation on the processing of personal data. It is also important that technical support reacts promptly - this significantly reduces the risks on the air, - said Ophelia Almoyan, head of the CoFactor customer service group.

Professional conferences and congresses help physicians update clinical knowledge and implement approaches to diagnosis and treatment. The online format expands such programs and simplifies the participation of foreign experts and listeners in them. To support international events, we are developing the functionality of MTS Link: the platform already has an English-language interface for meetings and webinars and a simultaneous translation module, and recently we launched subtitles with automatic translation of foreign performances in real time.
