Vital Development Korporation constructed an end-to-end system of operational accounting based on "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2"

On June 5, 2019 the Dialog IT company announced implementation in JSC Vital Development Korporation of a system of operational accounting using which it was succeeded to provide requirements of each division, to implement functionality of production accounting and to build competent customer relations and partners.

The management of Vital Development Korporation made the decision on upgrade of an information system for the following reasons:

  1. Increase in production was difficult to be supported using the available systems as more functional automated units were required.
  2. Need of implementation of complex automation of end-to-end processes, such as Production, Purchases, Warehouse, Sales and preparation of the base for continuous development of a system.
  3. Need of accounting for a single system for a possibility of the analysis of business processes and a reporting preparation.


Work of key users of the Customer is connected with permanent business trips during which there was no opportunity to carry out project works in which the Customer's employees were involved. This factor had significant effect on the project progress at stages of preparation of a system for trial operation. It was necessary to carry out quickly delivery of the works connected with development and to quickly fulfill a feedback of the Customer.

System implementation passed in several stages:

  1. Conceptual design of a system
  2. Modelling
  3. Implementation
  4. Development and maintenance.


Results of system implementation:

  • The mechanism of ensuring requirements on each division is implemented (own process in each division). Each division can independently plan deliveries under own requirements regardless of a source. Each division sees the planned receipts at the expense of standard mechanisms of a system and can plan the activity without additional communication out of a system.
  • The functionality of management of updating of agreements with partners is implemented. Work with partners who have complex holding structure is simplified. The functionality of a system allows to support in current status contractual documentation with partners on all structure.
  • The functionality of production accounting is implemented. Processes of management of production (in particular material accounting) are transferred to the standard mechanism of production (except for separate adaptations) that allowed to increase transparency of processes of production accounting and their coherence with other basic processes of the enterprise (sales, purchases, a warehouse, etc.). In a system the relevant normative reference information on all types of products of the Customer is kept.
