2025: Replication of "1C:WMS "

Korus Consulting Group has begun large-scale automation of all warehouses and distribution centers of the ECO-culture agricultural holding. The decision has already proven its effectiveness at one of the company's most highly loaded RCs in the Moscow region, where the introduction of 1C:WMS made it possible to reduce the volume of writing off goods from 4.5% to 0.7%, which led to savings of more than 40 million rubles a month. Corus Consulting announced this on March 6, 2025.

ECO-culture is an agro-industrial holding that occupies a high position in Russia in the cultivation of environmentally friendly vegetables in closed ground. The company manages 13 greenhouse complexes with a total area of more than 500 hectares. The company's products (various types of tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce) are represented in more than 100 regional and federal retail chains.

The increase in production volumes and the expansion of the production base required a proven and modern IT solution for managing the warehouse stocks of the agricultural holding. At the same time, the decision was to be adapted to the specific requirements of the agro-industrial sector. In 2022, the ECO-culture company applied to the KORUS Consulting Group of Companies. As a result of joint pre-design work, it was decided to use it for automation software. "8 1C: Enterprise. WMS Logistics Warehouse Management ": this decision has already made it possible to increase the efficiency of the warehouse in the Moscow region and achieve savings of 40 million rubles per month by reducing the volume of writing off products from 4.5 to 0.7%.

ECO-culture products have a limited shelf life of 3 to 15 days. In this case, vegetables have a different degree of maturity, which must be taken into account when storing and shipping from warehouse. The 1C:WMS solution allows you to take into account all these factors and track each product category in real time. The system of algorithms for managing the rotation of products in the warehouse and quality support allows you to significantly reduce the amount of write-offs, and the minimum number of manual operations and automatic control tools help to avoid human errors.

In addition, the 1C:WMS solution allows you to apply flexible settings for the characteristic business processes of the agricultural holding: acceptance of raw materials from the greenhouse complex, its packaging, shipment, inter-warehouse movements of finished products and inventory. In addition, the system automates the acceptance and shipment of containers and packaging materials. Analytics tools allow you to make decisions based on current data, thereby reducing the cost of individual operations and increasing productivity.

As of March 2025, KORUS Consulting specialists will replicate the solution within the framework of the agricultural holding on the developed technology in stages: from an expert assessment of the processes of a particular facility to the launch of the necessary system functions at the selected site. Practice shows that the implementation of the system at all company facilities allows you to centralize management, simplify warehouse processes and reduce costs. The next object at which KORUS Consulting will install 1C: WMS will be the Maryinsky distribution center in the Stavropol Territory, work has already begun.

With the help of an IT solution, the company can quickly adapt to the growth of business volumes and the expansion of the geography of its activities, "said Anton Okin, head of 1C:WMS at KORUS Consulting Group.

2024: Implementation of "1C:WMS"

Korus Consulting Group introduced 1C:WMS at the greenhouse complex of the ECO-culture agricultural holding in VoskresenskMoscow Region. The distribution center, which occupies 15,000 square meters. meters, supplies products to Moscow and the Moscow region. In the future, the company plans to replicate the system to all its greenhouse complexes. Corus Consulting announced this on September 3, 2024.

Since 2023, the ECO-culture agricultural holding has been keeping records of warehouse operations at the greenhouse complex Lipetsk region with the help of:, 1CWMS which it launched together with KORUS. Consulting The solution showed its operational effectiveness: it made product accounting more controlled, which is especially important for fresh goods, and minimized the number of manual operations. Based on the results of the implementation efficiency assessment, it was decided to replicate the system to all greenhouse complexes of the company. As part of the automation roadmap, the next stage was the successful introduction of 1C:WMS at the complex in the Tula region, after which Eco-Culture and KORUS Consulting began a project to automate the most highly loaded warehouse in. Moscow area

A warehouse with an area of 15,000 square meters. meters serves both Moscow and the Moscow region. In these regions, there is an increased demand for agricultural holding goods, so the warehouse serves not only its greenhouse complex, but also accumulates products grown by the company in neighboring regions. Earlier, warehouse employees used 1C:ERP and non-specialized means of accounting for commodity movements, but due to the increase in production volumes at the distribution center, it was necessary to introduce a full-fledged WMS solution.

KORUS Consulting specialists have replicated the functionality for working with weighing goods and controlling the maturity of residues, created as part of a project at a greenhouse complex in the Lipetsk region. This helped to significantly reduce the launch time of the system and avoid additional costs. In addition, experts adapted the 1C:WMS to the peculiarities of the processes in the warehouse in the Moscow region related to the commodity nomenclature. This helped you manage inventory more efficiently, reduce errors in order processing, and improve the overall performance of warehouse operations. By the end of the first quarter of 2025, the company, with the help of specialists from KORUS Consulting, plans to scale the solution to all its greenhouse complexes.

During the replication of 1C:WMS to a greenhouse complex in the Moscow region, it was important for us not only to introduce functionality that had already been tested at other sites of the company, but also to adapt the solution to the specifics of processes in the holding's most loaded warehouse. 1C:WMS can be flexibly adjusted to the needs of each enterprise and the launch of the system at a greenhouse complex in the Moscow region confirmed this. With the help of the solution, the company can quickly adapt to the growth of business volumes and the expansion of the geography of its activities. "ECO-culture" sets ambitious goals to scale the business and we are glad that we help to achieve them, "said Anton Okin, project curator, head of the KORUS Consulting 1C:WMS.
