2021: Implementation of Modus BI system

The Education Committee of the Administration of Veliky Novgorod receives in real time up-to-date impersonal information on the psychological state of students and pupils in the Modus BI system.

The company "HandySoft" in cooperation with the company "1C" implemented as part of a pilot project a module for monitoring the psychological situation both in the educational organization and at the municipal and regional levels. This will make it possible to monitor and promptly respond to changes in the psychological atmosphere of studying schools and pupils of preschool institutions.

A total of 16 educational organizations of Veliky Novgorod were involved in the pilot project. At the first stage, more than 1,100 individual psychological portraits were created for graduation groups of kindergartens, students of schools in grades 7.8 and 11. All test results are automatically calculated and interpreted by the program product "1C: Psychodiagnosis of an educational institution." Cloud technology 1C:Fresh allowed testing remotely using mobile devices.

The monitoring system module based on the Modus BI solution allows the Education Committee of the Veliky Novgorod Administration to receive online up-to-date impersonal information on portraits of students generated in 1C: Psychodiagnosis of an educational institution in the context of institutions and provides a tool for prompt response, which contributes to the formation of a safe educational environment at the municipal level.

The developed dashboards clearly demonstrate information on the testing of students, give a set of characteristics in the context of diagnostic methods, allow you to track the rating of educational institutions by types of indicators and form a general portrait of the student on adaptation in the team and value orientations.

Specialists of the education authority see the general picture of schools and draw conclusions on the situation, so we can see any measured parameter for the schools of the city and take measures to adjust it. In our opinion, the introduction of such a system within the region will contribute to improving the quality of psychologists' work and obtaining up-to-date information about the psychological situation by educational authorities, "said M.P. The project was one of the first implementations of one of the 1C: Digital School modules using 1C:Fresh technology and the Modus BI analytical system at the regional level.
