Energosbyt Plus consolidates information on the Qlik platform

2019: Start in operation of a system of collecting and consolidation of corporate data on clients

  On April 10, 2019  Qlever Solutions announced that in JSC Energosbyt Plus the system of collecting and consolidation of corporate data on clients is brought into operation. A system is developed by Qlever Solutions, as the platform the software of QlikView was used.

In Energosbyt Plus several accounting systems such as billing, etc. are used. These are systems for settling with individuals for housing and communal services, for accounting of agreements and customer appeals, for work with debtors.

Before implementation of the developed solution Qlever Solutions data on customers independently were processed by each of branches "Energosbyt Plus". The task to integrate data from different branches and several accounting systems was set.

In a project deliverable  the structure  of corporate data which are processed by the accounting systems of Energosbyt Plus is created and also  the method allowing to verify automatically information was developed. Qlever Solutions consists of the set of applications on the QlikView platform. Applications are integrated with the accounting systems from which they load information, and on their base business processes on reconciliation of data and error correction are created.

Data analysis happens in load time of information in the QlikView applications that allows to reveal discrepancies and to monitor quality of data. For consolidation of information on the QlikView platform it was not required to create a separate storage system.  Because system architecture corresponds to practicians of use of the QlikView platform, support cost not high. Work of each of solution components is documented.

2018: Start of system development for consolidation and verification of corporate information

System development for consolidation and verification of corporate information started in February, 2018. The project included consulting, inspection, application development on the QlikView platform and training in work with the system of employees of Energosbyt Plus. Several developers, the architect of Qlik, the analyst and the project manager participated in a project team from Qlever Solutions.
