2026: Securing Critical Equipment
The manufacturer of power supply protection equipment Ippon , together with the company Ruself energo , implemented a project to protect critical technological equipment at the factory in Erismann. Voskresensk The implementation made it possible to increase the stability of the production process and reduce the risks of line shutdown in case of power supply failures. Ippon announced this on March 16, 2026.
The company operates a complex production complex, which includes five high-speed Olbrich printing lines, systems for preparing adhesive and paint compositions, as well as equipment on which the stability of the technological cycle depends.
In such conditions, even a short-term power failure can lead to a shutdown of the line, damage to expensive materials and disruption of delivery times, so uninterrupted power supply directly affects the continuity of production and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
When choosing a solution, the engineers studied the parameters of the production line, equipment connection diagrams and performed the necessary calculations. After that, the customer was offered several options, including UPS with supercapacitors, modular systems with lead-acid batteries and a solution based on Ippon BlackRock 300 kW with lithium batteries. As a result, Ippon BlackRock was chosen as the product that most meets the technical requirements and operating conditions.
One of the key requirements of the customer was to minimize interference in the operation of the factory at all stages of the project. Delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment were carried out according to the agreed schedule, in compliance with the safety requirements and taking into account the peculiarities of the engineering infrastructure.
As a result of the project, the company received protection of one of the most significant nodes of the production infrastructure. The uninterruptible power supply system ensures stable operation of the equipment, and the transition to batteries during test outages occurs instantly, without voltage fluctuations.
An additional advantage was the compliance of the solution with environmental requirements and the ESG approach of the enterprise. The use of lithium batteries also reduced UPS maintenance costs and reduced total cost of ownership compared to traditional lead acid battery solutions.
